PENERAPAN OVEN MENGGUNAKAN ELEMEN PEMANAS LISTRIK UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PRODUKTIFITAS BENGKEL BODY DAN PENGECATAN DI DESA SUKOHARJO NGAGLIK

Abstract

Berkah Abadi Body and Paint is an auto body and paint shop located in Karanglo, Sukoharjo, Ngaglik, Sleman, Yogyakarta. The challenges faced in developing the services of Berkah Abadi Body and Paint Workshop include a manual management and financial system, limited marketing that relies primarily on word-of-mouth and an online address listing, as well as a lack of vehicle drying equipment (oven). Therefore, this community service initiative aims to implement paint-drying oven technology using an electric panel to improve vehicle painting productivity. The methods used in this community service program include situational analysis, selection of applicable technology, construction of a painting oven using electric heating elements, and testing its effectiveness. The results of the program show that the implemented technology can generate a drying temperature of 45°C, reducing the paint drying process to just 3 hours. Additionally, the partner successfully created video content uploaded to Instagram and TikTok to help promote their services through social media.
